WHAT WE DO
VIVE training sessions are comprised of five components: Treadmill, bike interval training blocks, flexline strength and toning, functional conditioning, and ab sculpting. These sessions are open to adults and teenagers, ages 16 and older. All fitness levels are welcome, as our program is specifically designed to monitor your heart rate during the entire workout. Everyone from power walkers to elite performance athletes will feel comfortable in this program.
By providing you with a heart-rate monitor, we can track your interval training sessions. During the 60-minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 9 to 18 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate. This program design produces an “afterburn” effect, which is an increased metabolic rate for 24 to 36 hours after training. When combining this workout with EPOC, our clients burn an average of 500 to 1000 calories.
